Shipping Policy

Orders ship via ground to addresses in the Continental United States. We do not ship to post office boxes. We accept only Continental United States orders online. Customers in other countries or customers wishing other than ground shipment need to email us for delivery and pricing information.

We offer free shipping to most places in the contiguous United States and Canada. If your location is remote, we may require an additional shipping fee. You have the option of rescinding your order before commencement of production if the additional shipping fee is not amenable.

Customers located in the South should receive their tarp(s) within one to two days after shipment. Customers in the northern states or near the west coast and Canada should receive tarps within a week of shipment.

Additional shipping surcharges apply to orders going to the West Coast, Hawaii, Alaska, and remote regions of Canada. Contact us or fill out a request for quote form for these locals.

We ship FOB to the location you specify. We will replace any tarp that is lost in transit. If the carrier has delivered the tarp to the specified location, but no one was there to receive it, and the tarp is subsequently lost, TarpsGalore.com will not replace the tarp.

If the tarp, due to weight, must be shipped by a trucking company instead of a carrier company, our free shipping policy assumes that you have the means to remove the pallet from the truck.
